I am pictured below in the pink glasses and bright lipstick (Char). I love empowering others to go for their dreams, whether it is discussing self care or why communication is so necessary in relationships. I am the sister, friend, listener when you need one.

Older sis (Ann) is below in the blue dress. This woman is my OG bestie. She has been a huge support for me through life and I am so thankful she wants to be involved in this blog! She has wisdom beyond her years and can dole out just the advice you need.

Together Ann and I write blog entries biweekly giving our POV on topics ranging from current events, self-care and everything in between.
